If they touch one, they touch all of us: #NiUnAMenos

(Translated from this article which is in Spanish)

In Spanish we use the term "UNA" as "one" in female form. "UNO" is "one" in male form. The social movement #NiUnAMenos is trying to bring awareness of feminicides, but some people want them to focus on a general term (male term) to bring awareness to general violence. On this article I express my point of view on why I think the female term should stay and why it is important.

When does this collection of cells obtain rights?

During these days I have witness a great debate around the topic of "abortion" because there are people organizing the "March of life" which is a catholic group of people against the right of women to have an abortion. Many people have commented about it both ironically and in a serious matter. I found a really interesting articule about the topic. Let's check it out.

Women's Day and their reproductive rights

This weekend was Women's Day and I heard a couple of guys asking why people celebrate this date. They said "Why do we have a Women's Day and not a Men's Day?". How little information they have about the world they live in. 1. There is a Men's Day (november 19) and 2. It is celebrated to remember the rights we earned and the ones we still need to obtain.
